- Students will be able to understand the general application of management in health care. Curriculum: HSPM 700, HSPM 714

- Students will be able to apply an overview of health care policy and perspectives to the understanding of management in health care organizations. Curriculum: HSPM 710 or HSPM 711, HSPM 714

- Students will be able to understand health care finance based on the principles of finance, economics, and current public and private payment policies. Curriculum: HSPM 712, HSPM 714, HSPM 730

- Students will be able to apply the concepts and theory of information and information technology to the planning, evaluation, and management of information and information systems in health services organizations. Curriculum: HSPM 713
